One double bedroom is located on this level as well. The kitchen, which serves as the entrance area, is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it convenient for preparing meals. A dining table is also available in the kitchen area. Both the living room and kitchen have access to a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. A shower and toilet are located on this level.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
