You can rent a spacious 6-room apartment with 120 square meters of living space spread across two levels on the third floor. The apartment features a living room with a TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to a balcony that faces the north-west direction. There is also a dining room with a sliding door. One of the rooms on the lower level has a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on the lower level, both with floor heating.

On the upper floor, you'll find another room with a French bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm) and a curtained room without a window that has two beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level, both with floor heating. The apartment has a balcony of 11 square meters that faces the north-west direction, offering a view of the sea.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
