On the ground floor, an entrance hall with a separate WC welcomes you upon arrival. An open living and sleeping area is equipped with 1 sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Adjacent to this, an open living and dining room features a sliding door leading to the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. A walk-through room provides additional circulation space, while the fully equipped kitchen benefits from its own exit to the garden as well.

On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are arranged to suit a variety of guest configurations. A children's room contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A large double bedroom offers 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm widths and 200 cm in length, along with a flat-screen television with international channels. A third large room is furnished with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A gallery area with a separate WC is also found on this floor, and the single bathroom includes both a bath and a shower.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
