The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A flat-screen satellite TV completes the living space. The property includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
