There is one double bedroom with a 1 french bed (135 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another double bedroom has 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third double bedroom comes equipped with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating.

The kitchen/living room area is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
