The stylish log villa built in 2000 offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the beautiful nature of Luosto. This spacious cabin offers accommodation for a larger group, so it is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.
The villa has four comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs there are two rooms, both with bunk beds - the bottom bed is wide and comfortable 130 cm, and the top bed is a size of 70 cm. Upstairs there are two rooms, each with two separate, 80 cm wide beds. In addition, the living room on the upper floor has two 80 cm wide beds and a private WC, which brings more comfort to the guests.
The open and cozy living area invites you to spend time in the warmth of the fireplace, while the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and effortless. The holiday is crowned by a spacious washroom and a private sauna, where you can relax after a day of outdoor activities.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
