The keys for the property are handed over by the agency INTERHOME, located in Cannes, approximately 13 km from the property. It is strongly recommended that guests have access to a private car during their stay, as the property's secluded position in the residential district makes personal transportation essential for reaching local amenities and attractions with ease. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups under any circumstances. Guests should also note that access to the swimming pool and tennis court is via a pedestrian pathway requiring approximately 10 minutes on foot from the house.

On the main floor, the living and dining room features a flat screen television and air conditioning, with a sliding door providing direct access to a south-facing terrace of 40 m2 offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. The first bedroom on this level is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning. The second bedroom on this level contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a south-facing terrace of 30 m2. The fourth bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from access to the terrace. A shower and WC are available on this floor as well. Both terraces are furnished with terrace furniture and enjoy a south-facing position with panoramic sea views.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
