A first bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the terrace. A second bedroom on this level is fitted with a curtain partition and contains 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it particularly suitable for younger guests. The ground floor also includes a shower room with WC and a fully equipped open kitchen featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first upper-floor bedroom is furnished with a French bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second upper-floor bedroom offers a larger French bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower room with WC and direct access to the terrace. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
