On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 35 m2 provides an inviting communal space with direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 10 m2, furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays and features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and a dishwasher. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor accommodation. On the upper floor, 3 further bedrooms are arranged to offer a variety of sleeping configurations. The first bedroom features a double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses with a length of 190 cm and opens onto a balcony of 5 m2. The second upper-floor bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length and also benefits from balcony access. The third upper-floor bedroom offers a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second bathroom with WC serves the upper floor.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
