From this space, you have direct access to both the garden and the terrace. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining table is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates. 1 additional room on the ground floor is furnished with 2 beds. On the upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, an open gallery provides a sleeping facility in the form of a chaise lounge. This level also includes 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 room with 2 beds. The 2 bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms.
