On the first upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 1 pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, with dimensions of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 190 cm. One of these rooms includes a hand-basin. A shared shower room with WC serves this floor.

On the second upper floor, the layout includes 3 bedrooms. The first features 1 pull-out bed for 2 persons with the same dimensions of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 190 cm. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 1 x 140 cm with a length of 190 cm, and one of these rooms is fitted with a hand-basin. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
