The main living area features an entrance hall leading into a generous living and dining room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a digital television with access to international channels. This space opens directly onto a terrace with an east-facing position, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and is thoughtfully arranged for self-catering stays. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 3 well-presented rooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 180 cm in length.
