Regarding late arrivals, an additional fee is required and must be paid in cash depending on the time of arrival: arrivals between 20:30 and 22:00, between 22:00 and 00:00, and between 00:00 and 01:30 each carry a corresponding surcharge.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
