You will be staying in a 3-room chalet with 130 square meters of living space spread across 3 levels. The chalet features an open and spacious living/dining room with a panoramic window facing south. This area includes a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a digital TV. There is also a kitchen/living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Additionally, there is a dining nook in the kitchen area. The chalet has a bathroom with a WC on the main level and another shower/WC on the lower ground floor. The top floor features two bedrooms, one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and the other with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). There is also an open gallery and a small playroom on the top floor.

The chalet is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
