This charming 3-room chalet extends across 130 m2 spread over 3 levels, offering a welcoming and thoughtfully designed space for a maximum of 5 guests. The interior is bright and partly features sloping ceilings, complemented by very comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. The main living area presents an open large living and dining room with a panoramic south-facing window, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and direct access to the balcony. Adjacent to this space, the kitchen and living room area is equipped with a dining nook and a full range of cooking appliances. A bathroom with WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find an additional shower room with WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 2. The top floor hosts the 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings. The first bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom accommodates 3 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The top floor is further complemented by an open gallery and an open small playroom. The property also benefits from a large south-facing balcony and a large terrace, both offering marvellous panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
