The kitchen is large and well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a cooking island and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each with a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). One of these rooms also has a bed (130 cm, length 190 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). There is a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin on this upper level.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
