Fully renovated in 2024, the property combines bright, modern interiors with carefully selected furnishings that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

On the ground floor, the living area features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes, and flows naturally into a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. A dining table is also part of this conveniently arranged space. The ground floor further includes a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate WC, and direct access to a 9 m2 terrace complete with terrace furniture and a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding countryside.
