The main level features a spacious living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, as well as an open kitchen fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor. On the lower ground floor, the chalet offers 3 bedrooms and a bath with WC. The first bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin. The second bedroom accommodates 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also features a hand-basin. The third is a small room furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property further benefits from a balcony with a north-facing position, a terrace with a west-facing position complete with terrace furniture, and a small garden with a south-facing position, all framing a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
