Residence Marino is a nice stone building that has a total of ten separate apartments that is conveniently located 1 km (3590 ft) from Carbonile, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 42 km (26 mi) from Florence. Residence Marino, among other amenities, includes also pool and WiFi internet.
Marino 5 (68sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to six guests.
Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six guests.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
