The ground floor further includes an open kitchen fitted with 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher. This level is served by 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a living and dining room with a kitchen corner, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, along with direct access to its own terrace. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
