The single living and sleeping area is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm by 200 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, offering flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements within the same space. The studio comprises 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the main room and includes a dining table, making the space both practical and inviting. A balcony of 6 m2 extends from the living area, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and providing an exceptional outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable indoor climate throughout your stay. The open kitchen is well appointed with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, perfectly complementing the balcony setting. The balcony itself is furnished with balcony furniture and 12 deck chairs, creating an ideal space for outdoor dining and leisure. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided throughout the property. Mosquito nets are also available for added comfort. Pets are welcome at this property, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted during your stay.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
