The chalet spans across two levels with a total floor area of 80 square meters and comprises four rooms. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a living/dining room equipped with cable TV and an electric heater, an open kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, and a freezer, as well as a shower and a separate toilet. The upper floor houses two bedrooms, each with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm in length and access to a balcony facing north and east. The third bedroom on this level contains a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm in length. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a tub and a toilet on the upper floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
