"Nelly" is a 4-room chalet of 90 m2 spread across 2 levels, offering a comfortable and tasteful setting for up to 6 guests. The chalet has been partly renovated and features carefully chosen furnishings throughout. On the upper level, the entrance hall leads to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms are each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and both rooms provide direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-over-2 configuration, each bunk measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and this room also opens onto the balcony. The bathroom on this level includes a bath and WC. On the lower ground floor, a spacious living and dining room features a Scandinavian wood stove and a DVD player, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living area. A separate WC is also located on this floor. Natural stone floors run throughout the property, adding a refined alpine character to the interior. The chalet benefits from balconies facing both north-west and south-west, as well as a terrace with the same dual orientation, offering marvellous views of the mountains and the valley.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
