The ground floor also features a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC. On the first upper floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower room with bidet and WC, as well as air conditioning. The second upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 170 to 255 cm, and each room is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with individual air conditioning units. These 2 upper bedrooms share a shower room with WC. Please be aware that the bedrooms on the second upper floor are fitted with low placed windows due to the sloping ceilings.
