Interior Description

Unit Layout
You will stay in the "Chalet Derborence", a 5-room chalet with 61 square meters of living space spread across two levels. This chalet has been partially renovated in 2024 and features beautiful wooden furniture throughout. The living room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. One small room has a French bed, while the kitchen is fitted with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set for your enjoyment. The kitchen also provides Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (extra charge applies). From the kitchen, you can access the terrace, which offers a west and south-facing position.

The ground floor also includes a shower and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find another small room with two beds and access to the balcony. There are two more large rooms on this level, one with two beds and the other with a French bed, both offering access to the balcony. Another shower and toilet are located on the upper floor for your convenience. The chalet boasts a balcony with a north-facing position, a terrace with a west-facing position, and a large garden, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
