The accommodation you choose is a 4-room apartment with 120 square meters of living space, spread across two levels. It has partially sloping ceilings, with ceiling heights ranging from 180 to 200 cm, and some areas were renovated in 2020, giving it a very rustic and cozy ambiance. Please be aware that some door heights are low, measuring around 170 cm, so you may need to duck in certain areas. The main living area features a large room with a tiled stove, complementing the cozy atmosphere. One bedroom has a double bed (two 90 cm beds combined, with a length of 200 cm), while another room has two separate beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long). The open kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a gas stove with two rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Heating is provided through electric and wood heating systems. On the top floor, accessed by a steep stair, there is an open small gallery with a TV, cable TV, and a flat-screen television. Additionally, there is a small room with a low door height of 150 cm and a ceiling height ranging from 120 to 160 cm, containing two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long). The flooring throughout the apartment is a combination of wooden floors, natural stone floors, and carpets.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
