The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a bar area with a dining table. Additionally, there are three showers/WCs. On the upper floor, there is another double bedroom with two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a fan.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
