The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families seeking a comfortable and well-appointed retreat.
On the main level, the spacious and bright open living area welcomes you with a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and partly sloping ceilings that add to the characterful atmosphere of the space. This level was partly renovated in 2023 and benefits from very comfortable and cosy furnishings throughout. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while a second, smaller room features 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the facilities on this level. A balcony accessible from the living area offers outdoor seating and affords marvellous panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a flat screen cable TV, creating a relaxed additional living space.
