The Chalet Sergnoud is an 8-room chalet spanning 300 square meters across four levels. It features a spacious and rustic interior with antique furnishings. On the main floor, you'll find a small lounge with an open-hearth fireplace and access to a loggia. There is also a dining room with another open-hearth fireplace and a separate exit to the loggia. Additionally, there is a small lounge area with cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (cheese). From the kitchen, you can access the garden, which faces south. The upper floor consists of five rooms: one with a 90 cm bed, one with a 110 cm bed, one with a 160 cm French bed and a hand-basin, one with a 140 cm French bed and a hand-basin, and one with a 90 cm bed. There is also a shower/WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin on this level. The second upper floor has two rooms, one with a 160 cm French bed and a hand-basin, and the other with a 90 cm bed. There is also a bath/WC on this floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
