The bathroom includes a bath or shower, and a separate WC is also provided. The apartment benefits from a small, open kitchen integrated into the living space, and residents can enjoy outdoor time on a balcony or small terrace, which comes furnished with terrace furniture.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
