Trilocale Apartments Seaside is a lovely property that has a total of three separate apartments that is conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Villaputzu, Italy in the tourist area "Sardinia East Coast" and only 79 km (49 mi) from Cagliari. Trilocale Apartments Seaside, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning.
Trilocale 2 (60sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to six people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
There is a kitchen including stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
