Villetta Seaside Sardegna is a lovely stone building having a total of two independent apartments that is conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Villaputzu, Italy in the tourist area "Sardinia East Coast" and only 79 km (49 mi) from Cagliari. Villetta Seaside Sardegna, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning.
Villa 1 (90sq m) is a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on two levels and can sleep up to eight guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Italian culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
