You will be staying in a gorgeous 1-room maisonette called "Gorgeous Brissago Blue", spanning 45 square meters across two levels. The upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings, ranging from a height of 185 to 250 cm, and a rooflight. This level accommodates a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The maisonette is equipped with wooden floors and natural stone floors throughout.

The maisonette offers a cozy living/dining area with a dining table, TV, and access to international TV channels, as well as a fan for your comfort. Step outside onto the 10 square meter terrace, which boasts a south and east-facing position, offering marvelous panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and resort. The terrace is furnished for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine (just an example: Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso (extra)) extra). The bathroom features either a bath or shower, along with a toilet. Additional amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and WiFi internet access.

Other Information
The maisonette is available for rent as a vacation accommodation and is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 people. While the property does allow pets, it is limited to a maximum of 1 pet or dog. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit. Heating is available from October 25th to April 15th. A reserved parking space, number 2, with a roofed cover, height of 160 cm, and width of 200 cm, is provided for your convenience.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
