On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room welcomes you with an open-hearth fireplace, used purely for decorative purposes, alongside a dining table and a flat screen digital television with access to international channels. An open lounge area is also located on this level. The fully equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor includes a dining table and serves as a convivial gathering space. Also on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom features a panoramic window and is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a fan. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of these are double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each equipped with a fan. The fourth bedroom is also located on the upper floor and is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a fan. A second shower and WC serves the upper floor.
