You can access the balcony and terrace directly from this area. One of the bedrooms has a French bed (180 cm in width and 200 cm in length) with an attached private shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The second bedroom has two beds (90 cm in width and 200 cm in length) with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. You can also access the terrace from the kitchen. There is another shower/WC in the penthouse, and the entire property features underfloor heating.
