Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen of 12 m2 is fully equipped and includes a dining table, with exits leading both to the garden and to the terrace. A separate WC is also located on this floor.
The upper floor houses all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom measures 20 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms each measure 12 m2 and are each equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
