The ground floor houses a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite shower, a laundry room, and a terrace. Casa Piccola is arranged over two floors. The first floor offers a living-dining room with kitchen area, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, and a veranda. The ground floor, accessed from outside, includes 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 double or twin bedroom with en-suite shower, and a terrace. The villa also features an additional lounge area and an exclusive fitness area with 2 bathrooms with shower.

Other Information

Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00. Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 can be arranged with prior agreement. A damage deposit is required upon arrival. Pets are not allowed at the property. Electricity is included up to 500 kWh per week, with consumption beyond this threshold charged separately on site. The rental includes final cleaning, weekly cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms for 3 hours, bed linen with weekly change, bath towels with midweek change, pool towels with midweek change, table linen, water consumption, kitchen gas consumption, and a welcome basket with breakfast items. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the local municipality.
