The minimum stay requirement is 7 nights during peak and high winter holiday seasons, while a minimum stay of 5 nights applies from 10/01 to 19/06 and from 29/08 to 18/12. During the period from 20/06 to 29/08, arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only. The villa is equipped with heating through heat pumps and radiators in all rooms, ensuring comfort during cooler months.
