Check-in is available between 17:00 and 21:00, with late arrivals possible between 21:00 and 24:00 if agreed in advance. Check-out must be completed between 08:00 and 10:00. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required from 20/06/25 to 29/08/25, with arrivals permitted on Saturdays only during this period. The same 7-night minimum stay applies from 19/12/25 to 08/01/26. For low and mid season periods, a minimum stay of 5 nights is available on request. Pets are not allowed at the property. The heated pool is operational from 01/03 to 30/11 and is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 24-26°C. As a newly constructed villa completed in 2022, the property showcases contemporary architecture and the latest standards in luxury accommodation.
