"Bonika" is a spacious 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a total surface area of 250 m2 and accommodating a maximum capacity of 8 guests. The apartment, partly renovated in 2020, combines comfortable and cosy furnishings throughout its well-thought-out layout.

On the ground floor, you will find a generous living and dining room with access to the terrace, alongside an open kitchen equipped with a dining table. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor features a gallery area with access to a balcony. This level houses 4 bedrooms in total: 3 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, all with access to the balcony. The fourth room is fitted with 1 double sofabed and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. A bathroom with bath and shower, along with a separate WC, serves the upper floor.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
