The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. It features a tasteful and cozy furnishing style. The living room is equipped with a sofabed, a dining table, and cable TV (flat screen), providing access to a loggia. There is also a separate room with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
