This elegant 4-room vacation rental spans 160 m2 across 2 levels, with the main entrance situated on the 1st floor. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all finished with very tasteful furnishings throughout. On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room with access to a 10 m2 terrace offering a distant view of the mountains. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room with bidet and WC. On the upper floor, characterized by charming sloping ceilings, 2 additional bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor is served by a second shower room with WC.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen on the main level includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
