The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto not included). On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
