A sleeping alcove on this level provides an additional bed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a quiet and intimate resting space. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table where guests can gather for meals. A door from the main living area leads directly to the garden. The bathroom on this floor is fitted with a shower and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
