From this space, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living areas. The property offers 2 double bedrooms: the first is positioned facing north and east and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second double bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property features 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
