The chalet also includes a large room equipped with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, a TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, offering direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate shower/WC, and the chalet is equipped with electric heating.

During your vacation, you can enjoy a spacious 260-square-meter terrace furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 4 deck chairs, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the countryside. The chalet is also equipped with an iron, a hair dryer, and internet (WiFi) access. Parking is available at the house, just an example.

Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. The property features a smoke alarm and is offered by a commercial proprietor according to Art. 155, IV, CGI. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom chalet, and pets are permitted (just an example).
