The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, configured as 8 adults and 2 children, and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully across its floors.

The main living area is spacious and bright, showcasing modern furnishings with a Scandinavian aesthetic. A large living and dining room serves as the heart of the chalet, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV, with direct access to a south-facing balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a west-facing terrace, making it ideal for entertaining.

On the lower ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a terrace. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) and also opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom offers generous sleeping capacity, accommodating a set of 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) alongside 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), and likewise benefits from terrace access. This floor is served by a shower with WC, a separate WC, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower combined with a WC, accounting for all 3 bathrooms.

On the upper floor, a large room with charming sloping ceilings houses 1 French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and includes a private shower with WC as well as a TV, completing the 4th bedroom with its own en-suite facilities.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
