Moving upstairs, the hallway area offers a sofa bed that can be configured as a 120x190 cm single sleeping space, while the first upper-level bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds, a 120x190 cm sofa bed, and an additional sofa bed that extends to a generous 160x200 cm sleeping surface. The second upstairs bedroom provides 3 further single beds. The basement level adds yet more versatility to the property, housing an electric sauna, a washroom complete with a shower and WC, a small dressing area, and a separate living area furnished with a sofa and a refrigerator, with direct access to the lakeside yard. The property also benefits from Internet Wifi, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay should you wish to do so, while the surrounding natural landscape invites you to fully disconnect and immerse yourself in the peaceful Finnish environment.

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside property are as impressive as they are varied, offering something for guests of every age and interest. The main building sits just 45 meters from the gently sloping sandy beach of Lake Jämijärvi, providing effortless access to the water's edge. Near the shoreline, a beach volleyball court invites friendly competition, while a lean-to shelter with a campfire site in front of it creates the perfect setting for evening gatherings under the open sky. The yard surrounding the property is equally well-equipped for leisure and relaxation, featuring a sandbox and swings for younger guests as well as a badminton court for those seeking more active outdoor entertainment. 2 SUP boards are available for use on the lake, offering a wonderful way to explore the calm waters at your own pace. By the shore stands a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna, a true highlight of the property. During summer, cold drinkable water is available directly from a tap, and water can be heated in a stove-attached water tank when required. The lakeside sauna itself is a fully equipped space featuring a living room with electricity, a fireplace, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. This room also contains 2 double beds and a sofa bed, which may serve as additional sleeping places during the summer months, though these are not included in the official bed count of the property. In addition to the main building and lakeside sauna, the property includes an outbuilding with a rentable event space capable of hosting up to 50 people during the summer season. In winter, a smaller heated section of this event space remains available for more intimate gatherings.

Other Information

The use of the event space located in the outbuilding must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them. The lakeside sauna is not heated during the winter months as a standard arrangement; however, the owner is able to preheat it upon request. Should you wish to have the lakeside sauna preheated prior to your arrival, it is important to make this request at the time of arranging key collection. Please be aware that even when preheated, the living room area of the lakeside sauna may not reach standard room temperatures during the winter season. Regarding water access at the lakeside sauna in winter, water must be carried either from the lake itself or from the main building, as the tap supply is a summer-only facility. The property rental includes a fishing permit, which allows the use of additional lures on the lake. However, the fisheries management fee remains the responsibility of the individual angler and must be paid separately.
