On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 2 bedrooms: 1 room with sloping ceilings reaching a height of 185 cm, furnished with 2 beds, and 1 further room also furnished with 2 beds. Throughout the property, wooden floors add a natural and characterful finish to the interior.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
