The 1 double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second large bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, featuring 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length for the lower bunk and 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length for the upper bunk. The bathroom is a shower and WC combination and also includes a sauna.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
