A fully equipped open kitchen flows naturally from the living area, and direct access to the south-facing terrace makes this level ideal for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. 2 shower rooms with WC are also available within the property, along with a sauna for additional comfort and relaxation. The upper floor hosts 4 bedrooms in total: 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds, each bunk measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Parquet floors run throughout the upper level, lending a refined and natural aesthetic to the sleeping quarters. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
